Papaya spears, chunks, and dices are made from mature, fresh papaya, which has been processed by hot air dehydration, preceded by sulfiting, calcium firming, and syruping. We also sell Unsulfured with low sugar added, as well as Natural, no color, Unsulfured papaya.
