Flax Seeds

Flax (Linseed) has a pleasant, nutty flavor and is known for its good source of omega-3 oils and soluble fiber. Its color ranges from light to dark reddish brown. A yellow or golden variety is also grown in smaller quantities. Flax seed is great for use in food products such as flax bread, bagels, and other baked goods.
